Details: • Tank is roof-only connected (not connected to house plumbing) • Disconnect from downpipes and reconnect pipes to gutter/stormwater • Remove tank and take away for disposal • Location: backyard • Access: narrow driveway but plenty of room to park car in backyard

I have a washing machine that needs disconnecting and removing and swapped with another one in the house. Both require disconnecting old one to be dumped and other one installed in new area of the house

Toilet fill valve is bad and needs repair/replacement; fills cistern slowly or not at all. Also need wall valve and braided fill line replaced.

Kitchen Sink has been backing up for a few weeks, it eventually drains out. I have taken off the pipes under the Sink and had a look (cleaned them) but continues backing up.

Fill valve on toilet is bad and needs to be repaired or replaced. While trying to fill it makes a loud sound while the valve rapidly opens and closes. See pics; can text video if needed.

Need to install a p trap toilet i believe the pipe is at the correct height but will need to be extend ~30mm. It's seems to just grab when I push it against the wall. I also need a bath installed. It is a fibreglass tub with a drain in the centre the previous bath was installed with a plumbdinger the waste is ~600mm from the centre of the bath and it still has the connection that the plumbdinger fit into which seems to be a strange size.

Need a plumber to lower this pipe as close to floor wall corner as possible; install T pieces or similar for dishwasher inlet; connect dishwasher waste water pipe to U piece; connect all cables and pipes and slide in dishwasher. Clean job, plenty of working space. Only one elbow required on left side as pipe flexes down on the right. Hole already cut to pass thorough pipes. We have plenty of ongoing work.

I need the following tasks completed by a plumber. Bathroom is in the state that is photographed, if you require more sheeting removed please advise me so I can remove it prior to your arrival. Vanity basin waste needs to be shifted left in the 100mm kickboard under the new basin to preventing clashing with the draws on the rhs 1/3 of the new basin. Tap under sink for washing machine leaking after old hose and machine removed. Suspect a washer but don’t have right tools to remove. Copper pipe a little bent in attempt.

Qualified plumber to install new shower diverter valve to bathroom. Valve replacement pre-purchased

We need someone to remove the pavers and install some additional drainage that would connect into our existing drains. First area just requires an extension of the existing pipe. Second area requires an actual grated drain to be installed.
