Changing pressure limiting valve plv in my unit in fortitude valley.

The hot water pressure is very low and it looks like the valve is not working. So, we think it is damaged and we need to change it. The valve is next to the washing machine. We live in an apartment. The property manager said he can help to close the water system to do this job.

Hi, I have a LG Fridge/Freezer, Fridge seal needs replacing, I have the part and would like it replaced as soon as possible, maybe Friday as I work from home that day. But am still pretty flexible for the right person :) Located in an apartment in Fortitude Valley. I have no images to provide.

A hand sink and ice machine install

Flick mixer kitchen tap is loose & leaking. it has soaked into the laminate bench top, which is now slightly swollen. Propose replacing kitchen tap with the model as shown, and potentially installing a mounting plate to top of bench, under tap. Attched images refer. I'm open to other suggestions as to how to do this.
