The leak/drip is more when the valve is turn to close. I am doing this purely as preventative maintenance to clear a future hazard. Current Issue: Also, the current valve has seized up and cannot be fully shut off (water keeps flowing even when turned completely). Scope of work: I will ask the Building Manager to turn off the main water, remove the old faulty valve, and supply + install a new high-quality quarter-turn isolation valve. Need check up and repair my hot water system

I need someone to connect my under-sink water purifier to the cold water supply. The issue is that the water purifier inlet hose and the existing tap connection are different sizes, so they are not compatible. You’ll need to identify the correct adapter/connector, supply it (or advise what is needed), and complete the installation. Job includes: * Inspect the existing plumbing connection. * Supply the correct adapter/fitting if required (I’ll reimburse the cost or include it in your quote). * Connect the water purifier to the cold water isolation valve. * Test for leaks and ensure everything is working properly. I’ve attached photos of: * The water purifier hose/connector. * The existing plumbing under the sink. * The current tap connection. Please bring common plumbing fittings/adapters as I’m not sure which one is required.

My washing machine touching the water taps and i can’t push it to the end of the cabinet and closed the door I need a new taps but shorter than this in the picture, so can get the washing machine inside and close the door.
