Leaking tap in shower (in apartment).

We’ve identified leaks in two pedestal basins and are looking for a plumber to access and repair the problem. Both basins will require removal and refitting to resolve the leaks properly.

Fix running toilet cistern

We have a hole in our hot water pipe in the ground. The water is coming up - refer to pictures. Need a leak doctor who can tell me where the leak is, so I can let it fix or maybe direct you if you have a quick way to get this done without making a big hole in my house (if the leak is in there)

The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.

Toilet stop cock not working - water continuously running

The pool filter drain pipe has fractured and I can’t backwash until it Is repaired. Pump and filter are in a pit in our courtyard, access is a little cramped but OK. Basically the section of PVC needs to be cut out and replaced , may need the bends replaced as well due to the location of the crack.

Like for like replacement of tapware - shower head, bath spout, 2 sets of taps and sink mixer. Caulking of bath to be done too. Please also hang towel rail, robe hooks etc. Would prefer this task to be done this afternoon as previously scheduled. Building water needs to be turned off and tenants have already been notified (it’s a very old building). I don’t want to inconvenience my neighbours any further. Plumber assigned cancelled last minute. Want to pay what I had already agreed upon.

Toilet to be resealed/re-fitted as its leaking

I tried to install the shower door bottom seal, but it got stuck in the middle. I need to fix my shower booth's water leak.

Toilet seat is perfect but is a bit off centre. It needs to be adjusted to it is in the centre of the toilet.

Water leaking from the freezer at the bottom of the fridge. Ice has accumulated at the bottom inside of the fridge. The ice seems to come from behind the panels. Pretty sure something is clogged in the back (maybe the drainage hole). Fisher & Pykal Fridge - Due date: Before Sunday, 21 January 2024
