The hot water in our office space downstairs isn't working in the kitchen nor the shower - the hot water in the rest of the building is working. I am not sure exactly where the hot water system is for this space, could be on our roof (easy access)

Need to replace a faulty kitchen tap and check why hot water pressure is so low and takes so long to heat up

Hi, I need someone ASAP today to repair a leaking washing machine water connection inside my bathroom vanity. When I turn the water supply back on, the plastic collar/connector around the hose fitting starts squirting water. It’s not the pipe itself — it’s the connection piece. Photos attached so you can see exactly where the leak is. What I need done: • Diagnose the issue (most likely failed plastic nut/connector) • Replace the faulty connector/hose fitting • Ensure both hot & cold taps are sealed and leak-free • Reconnect washing machine hoses (if needed) • Quick test to confirm no more water escaping Please bring the correct replacement fittings — I’m happy to reimburse parts. Must be done today if possible.

Need a roof plumber to divert water away from the side of our house. A spreader done by another roofer is pushing water down the side of the house causing house leveling issues.
