Need to replace shower tap washers

Need fix leaking water pipe at Chadstone shopping center, today

Hot water from tap is not hot enough from hot water heater. May need a service or faulty thermostat

- downstairs toilet, bath and shower make a gurgling sound, can see air bubbles coming up in toilet - attempted to plunge / use draino; issue is better but persists - upstairs shower tap leaking

Kitchen sink leakage - pull out tap. When we are using the pull out tap the sink is leaking heavily.

Please help to change the bathtub water tap

Common drain connected to 5 sinks in the shop is blocked and is overflowing from the overflow tube.

Accidentally ran over with the car, hence bent and slightly broke/leak, it’s directly linked to main water pipe

Water leaking from the main pipe which connects to home . pipe is underground and can hear the water leak very clearly. Concrete needs to be removed and fix the leakage

Not sure about costing… There is a leaking hose in toilet as in picture and a wash basin tap is loose. Needs to get fixed.

My cistern water is leaking into the toilet. When you lift the arm up it will stop the leaking.

Mixer tap need to replaced

I was cleaning my toilet and when I flushed it the brush came off and went down the toilet. I can’t see it but it’s stuck somewhere in there.

Need to connect fridge with plumbed water. There is no water point at the moment.

Washer has dislodged on a bathroom sink. Apparently it's a simple fix but we lack the tools or ability

Tap has small leak after closing to maximum. Need check and fixing. Must bring tools and replacement parts (if needed)

The kitchen tap is leaking from the lever and around the base. Inspect/fix if possible or replace tap if required.
