The isolation valve will not shut off entirely. It might be simply that the washer needs to be replaced but it might also be more complicated

Outdoor tap water pressure is very light, previously worked fine. May be related to anti-vacuum fitting.

Need cold water washer changed in a narrow space

I have a PURE under the sink RO system installed at my current address in Gungahlin. This needs to be moved and installed to my new address in Bruce on 8 Jan.

Need a licensed plumber to fix a laundry cold water tap with no water flow. The cold tap turns on but produces zero flow — only occasional drips. Hot water tap works fine. Likely a blocked or seized valve inside the tap or pipe. Located in an apartment laundry (easy access under the sink). Task: diagnose the cause and restore proper cold water flow. Please bring necessary tools and replacement parts (cartridge/valve if needed). It would be great if you can come after 5pm. If not, i’ll arrange the time to suit yours.

There is a water leakage from garden pipe connector built into the external wall.

I need a qualified plumber to attend to a leaking noise in out toilet. After flushing you can still hear the water dripping.The septic tank is built in behind the wall, hence why a qualified plumber is required to come out identify the issue and rectify it. I have attached photos so you can see how the toilet is designed.
