Remove a Laundry Tub. Ensure existing Drainage will still take water from Condensor Dryer. Tidy and fit off drainage as required. Tap is wall mounted and will be retained for future use. Move washing machine and dryer into where laundry tub was (currently sitting next to Laundry Tub, stacked setup) Estimated time less than one hour for experienced plumber/handyman.

We have hot water in the morning and cold water in the evening. I understand this is a regular problem. Once the issue is confirmed and we know what is required and we discuss cost of the job.

Our tap head is missing the mesh component of the Aerator so water is splashing everywhere. I’ve tried to remove the old tap head and replace it but have had no luck. Need someone handy to get this old tap piece off!

Our double kitchen sink is leaking from the plug on one side. The plug appears to have come away from the plumbing under the sink and has started leaking in to the kitchen cupboard.

I recently replaced a hot water system and the old one is sitting out the back of my apartment. It can be picked up and disposed of at any time that suits you. It's about 1m high, 40cm across.
