Hello, I think one of my toilets is leaking bad smell. Not sure where it would be coming. Needs inspection and fix. Also, another toilet flush is flushing a lot of water but doesn’t seem to be with pressure so sometime you need to flush a few times to get thing through. I need a reliable, affordable and trustworthy plumber for a long term business.

We are looking for an experienced plumber who has worked with pools or spas. We need help locating a leak in a confined space, on level 2 of a high rise. Have done dye test and know general location, but we need advice on fixing and someone to do it. We are open 7am to 8pm daily and it is quite urgent. Happy to negotiate the final price with fixing.

Faucet needs repair it doesn't close all the way so the water doesn't stop running. Also the two Faucet handels are leaking water and maybe needs to be changed, we already have a new handle for the hot one so the only one needed is the cold handle.

Under sink bathroom and kitchen sink drain pipes leaking

I have an integrated dishwasher that I would like uninstalled and a new dishwasher installed. Then I would like that old dishwasher discarded.

The tap has a low pressure when pulling it to full. Noticed that the pressure is better when it is not used after a couple of days, but never maximum flow and returns to a limited flow eventually.
