Hello! I'm after a licensed plumber to do a straight swap of the tapware and shower rail in my apartment. There are two basin/mixers (laundry and kitchen), a shower rail, and a spout (bathtub) to swap over, and there's also a few bathroom accessories (towel racks, toilet roll holders, etc) to swap over if you're handy. My availability is: - After 3pm tomorrow (Friday 23rd) - Any time this weekend (Sat 24th/Sun 25th), - After 2pm next Monday 26th, or - Early morning Tue 27th. I had posted this task a few days ago and a tasker explained that replacing the bathroom and shower in-wall mixers (see photo) would require cutting through tiles. If you're able to do this before Tuesday 27th please let me know your quote, otherwise this task is just for replacing everything mentioned and leaving the in-wall mixers as is. Thanks!

The water keeps trickling and I have a feeling it is the outlet valve. I have already replaced the inlet valve recently, but the problem is still ongoing. Looking to have someone supply and replace the outlet value in the cistern. Also wanting the shower taps reseated Located in Adina Apartments - there is contractor parking if you see reception first, or 10 minute parking out the front. I have parked there longer than 10 mins numerous times without issues.
