i change these washers at least twice a year. i can do it but feel like a professional might do better!

The plug in my sink is stuck. I need someone to unblock it. Also the shower screen is leaking - need to bring some silicon to fill in the gaps please

The toilet appears to have a slight leak when flushing, not a lot but the water drips out onto the tiles

Stainless steel undermount sink has detached from a Caesarstone benchtop. Blocked Toilet - Clogged and not flushing

There is water leaking out the bottom left hand side of the washing machine, only moved into the apartment yesterday so not sure if this was an issue before

We have a bidet and an angle valve that need to be installed under our toilet. This involves connecting the angle valve to the existing water line and attaching the bidet hose properly. Also drill the tile to attache the bidet holder. The task should be simple for someone experienced with basic plumbing or bathroom fixture installation. Irrigation system fitted to side of house, there is a set up of pots. Connection to tap and potential replacement of tap to enable hose for front garden and Irrigation to work at same time.

I am having an outdoor kitchen being installed next week and this water pipe needs to enter through the side of the future cabinet. There is a cabinet filler piece being placed next to the wall before the first cabinet. Currently the water pipe is not sticking out far enough to install the future tap inside the cabinet. The threads are currently sitting 70mm from the wall, I need them sitting 100mm from the wall. Small extension, but necessary.

We’ve started to see leakage from the drain over the past two days. The most recent was today where there was tissue paper. The toilets are all functioning, it’s only the drain at the front of the house.
