Remove 2 old toilet seats and replace with new. I have the new seats.

I need a licensed plumber to remove an old sink and tap (from 1967) and install a new mixer tap. The new tap is supplied (please see pics below). The job includes: Removal and disposal of the old sink and tap Installation of the new mixer tap Checking all connections for leaks Minor adjustments or sealing as needed The plumbing may be old, so please come prepared for potential fiddly fittings. Blocked Toilet - Clogged and not flushing

There is water leaking out the bottom left hand side of the washing machine, only moved into the apartment yesterday so not sure if this was an issue before

We have a bidet and an angle valve that need to be installed under our toilet. This involves connecting the angle valve to the existing water line and attaching the bidet hose properly. Also drill the tile to attache the bidet holder. The task should be simple for someone experienced with basic plumbing or bathroom fixture installation. Irrigation system fitted to side of house, there is a set up of pots. Connection to tap and potential replacement of tap to enable hose for front garden and Irrigation to work at same time.

I am having an outdoor kitchen being installed next week and this water pipe needs to enter through the side of the future cabinet. There is a cabinet filler piece being placed next to the wall before the first cabinet. Currently the water pipe is not sticking out far enough to install the future tap inside the cabinet. The threads are currently sitting 70mm from the wall, I need them sitting 100mm from the wall. Small extension, but necessary.

I would like a new downpipe installed . Also the gutter seems bit loose and might require tightening/ more support. This down pipe is 9-10 meter high. Please see pics attached . If this is too high, it’s possible we can repair the leaking joint which is few metres lower. I am not sure what the price of that job should be. Material cost won’t be much . It’s more about labour and how you would decide to access it.

We’ve started to see leakage from the drain over the past two days. The most recent was today where there was tissue paper. The toilets are all functioning, it’s only the drain at the front of the house.

Leaking showerhead - dripping excessively even with taps tight

1.Change the shower head. It might need a shower wall plate to cover the shower whole in the wall if the new plate one is smaller. 2. Change the toilet seat.

Our sink is completely broken due to a glass bottle falling through it. Needing the under sink removed and replaced. We do have the replacement sink already. Rough dimensions 47cm x 28cm x13cm. Under the sink it looks as if it is plastered on. Please let me know what something like this costs to replace?
