Hello :) We need a washing machine disconnected and brought down to the street (from apartment 9). We then need a washing machine disconnected and moved up to apartment 9 (from apartment 1). We also need the washing machine to be connected in apartment 9. Must have own tools/trolley to move the machines. No lift, and apartment 9 is up 2x flights of stairs.
Ultimately everything was okay, however the washing machine wasn’t properly connected when they left (the connection wasn’t secure and when it turned on it was leaking so I needed someone to come fix it). They did say they’d come back but I had it sorted myself so didn’t need them to. Overall I would recommend! They were speedy, in and out.

Our hot water has been 'playing up' for several years but getting increasingly frequent over the past 6 months. Some times it will run fine but other times nothing even comes out of the tap or shower.... Left the shower on full hot water last night for 30 minutes and literally no water flowed. Switch to cold water, full pressure. We have a separate hot water tank, which is not that old (see photos for details).
