Undermount kitchen sink is sinking and needs fixing

We would like to install a dishwasher in our laundry but need to check we can fit the pipe and drainage properly along with the dishwasher.

The wash-machine drain hose goes into the bath and it blocked the bath drain. The service is to unblock the bath drain and to change the wash-machine hose into the floor drain. I need a longer wash-machine hose or an extension and clip it around to go to the floor drain.

I need a plumber to come and change the drain head in the picture to a vynil floor waste PVC drain. I need this done tomorrow, date is not flexible.

Also drill through the wood bench to get waste and supply to under sink and put a cover plate round hole" We will need you to supply all of the above. We can pay cash for the parts if easier.

Hi there! 👋 I’ve just installed a small sink next to my washing machine in the laundry (see photos attached). I need help connecting the sink waste and water lines into the same plumbing setup that the washing machine currently uses. What’s needed: • Connect sink drain into the same waste line as the washing machine (PVC fittings and traps may be required). • Connect the sink tap to the existing water supply (cold line only is fine). • Ensure both sink and washing machine can drain properly without leaks or backflow. • Bring any small fittings or hoses that might be needed to complete the job. What’s already in place: • Bosch washer/dryer with existing water supply and waste connected. • Sink and tap installed on a freestanding metal bench. • Drain hose and waste pipe are accessible behind the unit.

Replace shower head (with new shorter stem, so door can shut). Need you to buy / supply a new one.

Toilet not flushing needs fixing

Our hot water has been 'playing up' for several years but getting increasingly frequent over the past 6 months. Some times it will run fine but other times nothing even comes out of the tap or shower.... Left the shower on full hot water last night for 30 minutes and literally no water flowed. Switch to cold water, full pressure. We have a separate hot water tank, which is not that old (see photos for details).

Bathroom sink tap has come loose and requires fixing. The tap is still working just needs to be remounted.

Need someone to add a shower filter

We have a Miele dishwasher where there is a clog in the return line. The impeller is spinning, but there is a clog somewhere between the return line and the sink.

I need to replace the hand basin with another one. The new one needs to be drilled into the wall, as it doesn’t have any legs to support it on the floor
