We have a leaking hose on the rooftop connecting to the evaporative AC, needs replacement. We also need assistance reconnecting the pipe under the ensuite vanity sink, it has been leaking.

Need a licensed plumber to fix a laundry cold water tap with no water flow. The cold tap turns on but produces zero flow — only occasional drips. Hot water tap works fine. Likely a blocked or seized valve inside the tap or pipe. Located in an apartment laundry (easy access under the sink). Task: diagnose the cause and restore proper cold water flow. Please bring necessary tools and replacement parts (cartridge/valve if needed). It would be great if you can come after 5pm. If not, i’ll arrange the time to suit yours.

Fix a leak as detected by water meter reading

Outdoor tap leaks and is too close to the ground to be useful. Need help to raise the tap up and fix leak. Ideally want to be able to fit watering can under the tap.

We have existing drainage that runs into our front garden bed. However where it currently ends is making the garden bed boggy. We want to extend the existing PVC pipe by approx 1.5m and put a 90 degree bend in it to make it drain away from the garden bed. Licensed plumber or experienced landscaper/gardener preferred.
