Core drill laundry floor to suit a 100 mm hole for provision to install toilet. • Drill out and prepare water point through tile work. • Install 19BP on wall with exposed pipe. • Install mini isolation valve. • Connect cold water point to cold water supply using T-piece. • Supply and install new 100 mm PVC line to new toilet position. • Connect new PVC line to existing 100 mm drain line. • Install junction and tank piping under house to secure connections. • Install customer-supplied, Australian WaterMark-approved bidet toilet seat and toilet suite. • Install second bidet spray for existing toilet and connect. • Test and commission all work. • Silicone toilet to floor and check for leaks.

I need to remove bathtub and replace it with shower. Also need to move vanity plumbings to the next wall.

My hot water system stopped working

Tap is a bit wobbly and once its turned to the hot water side it takes a long time to get the hot water coming, once the hot water comes it will last about 2 minutes and then get cold. It will then take a really long time to get hot again.

Install Tudaloo bidet attachment x2 (one on each toilet). Fairly simple job except the water outlet is inside cistern, so tube will need to run into cistern to connect to outlet. Ideally a small notch or something could be ground out so tube doesn’t stop the lid of the tank from sitting flush. Bidet attachment just slides under the seat connections and then hose —> cistern. Budget price is for quote only, happy to work price out in person.

Toilet seat damaged. Putchase and install standard toilet seats.

We have existing drainage that runs into our front garden bed. However where it currently ends is making the garden bed boggy. We want to extend the existing PVC pipe by approx 1.5m and put a 90 degree bend in it to make it drain away from the garden bed. Licensed plumber or experienced landscaper/gardener preferred. Otherwise open to offers by others who are confident they dan do the work to a proper standard.

Only hot water tape by the kitchen sink . First start is hot then cold after that and the rest hit water of whole house are find

Leaking toilet needs to be looked at. Have checked inlet valve and seems fine.

Have the dishwasher in place and need the hoses drilled down to the plumbing and the hoses attached and connected without leaks.
