The isolation valve will not shut off entirely. It might be simply that the washer needs to be replaced but it might also be more complicated

Shower leaking, I tried plumbing tape but still it leaks.

I bought an automatic dog water bowl to connect to the tap outside but can’t for the life of me figure out how to install it. May require a trip to Bunnings Belconnen to get parts (I will pay for parts). This photo is my feeble attempt but alas it leaks and the dog bowl hose thing doesn’t seem to fit no matter how I try it.
