Water seems to be leaking in the basement from my bathroom

We tried to use sealant between the tiles but did not work. leaking somewhere in the pipeline or between the wall areas from shower to hallway/kitchen.

The shower seal is broken and I need it either replaced or the shower waterproofed using another method.
