Renovate shower water proof tiles screens

I need to explore options to replace a shower recess in the house noting there is evidence of moisture damage and cracked tiles. We had another contractor provide a scope of works which is attached to help applicants understand what needs to be done to provide an accurate quote. Please note that we are in a position whereby if the costs are too high, we may need to forgo repairs and sell. We have been hammered with an insane amount of remedial works since the cyclone last year which the Insurer refused to cover and we are now having to consider selling. So I am looking for a competitive quote for a good job. If I can find something suitable then we wont proceed at all.

Outside tap leaking - just need a simple fix.

The bath has a twist mechanism that pushes the bathtub plug up. The twist part works, but the lever part that pushes up the plug inside the sink has “broken” - it may still be in tact, but has fallen into the sink. I’m assuming it can be retrieved from inside the sink and refitted to the plug. The job would involve fixing this and cleaning the fittings and resealing anything to make it waterproof. You will need to bring the right tools. The job needs to be non-destructive (or advise prior if not possible)

Replace shower head attachment

Have basin and tap set to be connected. Have the waste you will just need the trap and tails.

Leak is from the cistern connecting into the pipe feeding the toilet. Clean water inlet to toilet.

I have an insinkerator that I am would like to have installed under my sink. Main challenge is the insinkerator has a 40mm outlet and my waste pipes are 50mm - need help connecting everything up
