Find an experienced plumber in Ainslie

I need an experienced installer to: • Uninstall and remove an existing standard dishwasher • Install a new dishwasher drawer system (DishDrawer style) • Secure the dishwasher drawers correctly (as per manufacturer requirements) • Connect water supply, drain, and power • Test the dishwasher to confirm proper operation Important details: • Kitchen has wooden flooring, so floor protection / sliding protectors must be used to avoid damage • The new unit must be properly anchored and secured (not just slid into place) • Installer must be familiar with dishwasher drawer installations (e.g. Fisher & Paykel–style units or similar) What I’m looking for: • Someone with experience installing dishwashers (particularly drawer systems) • Own tools required • Care taken to protect flooring and cabinetry

our shower cubicle grout is not great - some has gone missing, mould etc in some spots and seals bit old. We also had a leaking shower tap, and a plumber re-seated taps (not sure why) as well as replacing washers. Shower power seems to have been affected - he’s no longer in business. While shower head is also water saving, I’m keen to maybe replace and have a fuller shower experience. Budget not clear on.

Just need some taps and pipes removed and the pipes sealed lower down (taps are obstructing the placement for a dryer)

Need main drain unblock with jetter, also recondition h/cold tap in bathroom basin

Fixing loose or unstable existing fixtures in bathroom and outside.

I have a leaking tap that feeds into my washing machine. It possibly was not connected correctly?

My shower mixer is leaking badly and I can’t unscrew it. I could go to Bunnings and get washer things of different sizes if that helps. - Due date: Flexible

The shower head has broken off its attachment (potentially rust). It needs to be reattached or replaced. - Due date: Flexible

I need a new toilet roll holder screwed into a wall, and a wooden shelf screwed back into a wall and the old holes filled and painted over. - Due date: Flexible

I have a leak in one of the lines on my irrigation system . The leak has been located (see photos) however my arthritic fingers make it hard to dig out the pipe enough to cut and replace the section with a new piece of 25mm pipe. I have pipe and clips just need the labour.

Have a row of pop up sprinklers installed for front lawn approximately 14 metres in length and connect to current irrigation system. In the photo the red x indicates where the solenoids are located, the blue x is the water main and the yellow square the area for the sprinklers . There were sprinkles set up here but recently had plumbing work done which cut up the existing lines servicing these sprinklers. Therefore might be easier to install a new line.
