I need a small dry wall plastered before I paint it. Both sides need doing

I have a crack in my wall that is about 1.3m long. I would like it repaired and painted. There is also a vertical cracks about 1.5m long on the same wall. You must have experience doing these sorts of repairs.

The previous tenant had tried to get it fixed previously but, the person didn't seem to know what they were doing... I've also had to rip a little of the paint off to get the colour match so, if that could be fixed also! Probably needs filling, sanding and then painting. Thanks so much !

I've had an airconditioner installed to both bedrooms and require a professional plasterer to complete the following jobs: Bedroom #1 - fix and correct my amateur uneven plastering job to one wall. It needs to be sanded back and replasterd for a smoother finish ready for me to paint (I can supply a ryobi orbital sander with various grits if needed). Bedroom #2 - there are 2 small holes that needs to be plastered smooth ready for me to paint.

1) Window trim: • the metal flap panel at the base of my floor-level window frame has come loose. • Needs to be properly reattached 2) small Wall crack: • There is a superficial wall crack about 20cm long. • I previously patched and painted it but the finish looks messy. • Need someone to redo the patching (plaster), sand smooth, and repaint so it blends in. Paint will be provided. Should be relatively quick except for plaster drying time i guess ( would prefer single visit trip). This is a small job, should be quick

Shower ceiling has collapsed after a water leak from apartment above. I’ve now fixed all the leak issues. Need someone to come in and Re-plaster the ceiling and then paint it to match rest of ceiling (same shade of white so that you can’t tell the difference- you might need to take a sample at bunnings and check it). I need nine (9) large plasterboard cut outs and one drill hole patched and painted in my apartment after an air-conditioner installation. Each cut out is roughly 15 cm × 15 cm, so they will need proper plasterboard patching (not just compound). I need a handyman to repair a small damaged section in my plaster wall, as there’s a horizontal hole with chipped plaster around the edges (photo attached). The job includes patching the hole, smoothing and sanding the area, and repainting it to match the existing wall colour.
