1. There is a piece of plaster in a bedroom ceiling that replaces a piece of plaster that was removed to inspect a leak from above. The patch is about 0.5 X 1.0 m in size. See photo. The edges of the patch are roughly patched, but they need some smooth shim coating. 2. Once the plaster is fixed, the entire ceiling needs to be painted. The room is 5.2 X 4.7 m. There is one small area in the ceiling that has a watermark - it will probably need priming first.

Cut and replace 1m sq of a plaster roof damaged by water. Don’t need it perfect but like if left ready to be painted over. Leaks been fixed.

I have a wall fan that needs attaching to the wall, ideally the stud. If it can happen today at 2pm that would be amazing. Fan from beacon lighting. 2 screws into wall. Comes with screws and anchor as needed. Fan position approximately where circled on wall. It’s a corner, no better photos at this time.

Removed TV bracket from wall. Attempted to fix and made the situation worse. Needing someone to patch and sand wall so I can paint it and hide the hole and look like it never existed.
