It’s been found that garage is making squeaky sound when opening and closing it.

The rear sliding door is not closing properly. It may require an adjustment of the roller height or other maintenance/repair to ensure it closes smoothly and seals correctly. Looking for an experienced handyman or door repair specialist who can inspect the door, identify the issue, and carry out the necessary adjustments or repairs.

I need someone experienced in assembling multi-gym or home gym equipment to put together an Avanti home multi-gym. The equipment is complete and almost assembled but I’m struggling with the cables and runners and not sure how they should be put together. I’m also not sure whether I’m missing one cable runner or not. There is no catalogue/manual available, so you’ll need to rely on your own experience. All other parts and bolts are on site.

Install new Roller blinds (grey colour) x 7 windows and remove old ones. Rough measurements: Front room: 5 windows size : 1.2 width x 1.9height each Hall (Sliding door): 1.8w x 2.0 h Bedroom: 2.1w x 1.9h Check last photo for sample colour.

Seal mainly window and door frame cracks and few spots in the wall. It’s a 4 bedroom house. Please see sample photos attached. Around 12-15 such cracks to be sealed

Need to clean up the pebble stones from garage. I don’t need these stones. You can talk it away.

Fix 4 small holes around the house

Bedroom door has come off the hinge, need to properly adjust both hinges as doesn't fit the frame and gets stuck (I've had someone fix it for me, but need someone who has worked with doors, not just a handyperson). Bathroom door has handle not working as it only works in the opposite direction (up instead of down), so might need to change the door handle. My Garage Door Eco 1000n is not closing property due to frame alignment issues. Need to fix the alignment so that it is back to normal

Need to patch a wall and mount a heater that came off the wall. Help putting another heater on bracket. Patch the corner of the wall at the bottom of the stairs. And help with a new screw in the hinge of kitchen cupboard. Thanks
