My electric roller shutter stopped working after it got stuck on something while closing. I could still hear the motor running, so I believe the motor is fine. After opening the casing, I found the shutter had jammed, and while unrolling it manually, one of the power wires came loose from the small 4-pin plug adaptor that connects to the motor. There was a small spark when the wire slipped out. I need someone to help reconnect the wires properly to the adaptor (or replace it if needed) and refit everything back into place so the shutter operates normally again.
