We've recently removed a box in the bathroom that requires ceiling to be patched and gyprocked, and also wall sanded and painted. The patch is ceiling is approx 60cmx62cm. The bathroom was painted 2 years ago with lexicon quarter and ceiling white. This is a bathroom in an apartment building, parking available for cars under 2.0 metres. I can supply paint There are some bolts in the wall if you could also include or I'll get an angle grinder to remove them.

We have an office blind which is stuck and needs adjusting. The job will require going up a ladder to access the top of the blind. Please see attached photo.

Looking for a plasterer or handyman to repair a corner section of cornice in a bedroom. The Job: > * Remove damaged section and install new 90mm Cove Cornice. Location: A small second bedroom that has been converted to a work/office space. What's needed: L-shape office table that is fixed to the wall needs to be removed and taken away.
