This Stainless steel panel, L-shaped, two screw sign has been pulled off the wall, screws are still in the wall, they need to be removed and sign needs to be re-installed on the wall underneath the same size sign above. We have three doors in our house which don't close properly. The front door and bathroom doors are not too bad, but our door leading to the balcony is in particularly poor condition. The doors themselves are OK, but the screws into the wall aren't working.

Repairing a noisy ceiling fan

Looking for a plasterer or handyman to repair a corner section of cornice in a bedroom. The Job: > * Remove damaged section and install new 90mm Cove Cornice. One side is approx 18cm, the other is 27cm. Tasker to supply the small length of cornice and adhesive. Need the joins set and finished so they are ready for me to paint later.
