Scope of works needed: • Remove any remaining damaged plaster / gyprock where required in addition to another room that needs replacing • Assess and prepare wall surfaces (some areas down to brick) • Install new plasterboard where appropriate OR rebuild using base coat plaster (open to recommendation) • Patch, set, and finish walls ready for painting • Ensure smooth, flush finish to match existing walls • Reinstatement around skirting boards

Location: A small second bedroom that has been converted to a work/office space. What's needed: L-shape office table that is fixed to the wall needs to be removed and taken away.
