I have a new security/screen door already purchased and ready to install at the front of my house. The existing aluminium reveal frame is older and has a lot of previous screw holes, and is likely too shallow for the new door. Because of this, the installer may need to either reinforce, overlay, or replace the aluminium reveal/jamb so the door can be mounted correctly, catch properly, and clear the main timber door hardware. This is not a straight “screw it on” job, some framing/retrofit work is almost certainly be required. Budget was for labour only. Materials (aluminium angle/flat bar or timber reveal, fixings, seals, etc.) will be paid separately if required. Looking for someone experienced with security door or screen door installs.

We have installed a new sink and it blocked the door hinge. We need to adjust the hinge height to install the door. That requires to cut a hole on the inside of the door to re-position the hinge to a lower point to install the door.

Need a plumber to reinstall an existing under-mount kitchen sink that has failed (ie fallen out). Original installation there were no clips used, so reinstallation needs to be with strong adhesive and sink clips.

A tradie built this hot tub frame but messed up the job by 1cm so it is not compliant with the rules. Need to remove the tub and build it up by 2cm and ensure there are no footholds as well as place some wood down on the fence barrier as that is too low as well. I can be on hand to help lift the hot tub, it is 250kg empty and an awkward lift!
