Looking to install custom full-height double hinged flyscreen doors for a courtyard entrance in Rushcutters Bay. The opening is approximately 175cm wide. The existing two glass doors open outward, so the new flyscreen doors would need to open inward. Main priority is keeping mosquitoes and especially cockroaches out, so very good sealing around the edges and particularly at the bottom is essential. The glass blades rotate within the window frame (they do not swing outward). Have new toilet seat to install, but old toilet seat difficult to remove as I don't have the right tools. Bolt surrounded by plastic that won't move by hand, and too deep to use pliers or wrench. Job is to remove old seat, and install new seat. Photo shown of bottom side of bolts on existing seat, and a photo of new seat. Fitting is not that straight forward - as it will likely need the addition of two aluminium support columns for the runners of the retractable fly screen, as well as moving the existing blinds backwards about 15mm or so to accommodate for the retractable flyscreen unit itself. It's a job that will be a little difficult to do in an aesthetic manner. I think with some aluminium beams that match the windows it can be done in a way that looks acceptable. I just don't have the know-how myself.

Hello, Looking to have a fly screen installed, there are two parts to the instillation: Part 1: Install and attach 2 square aluminum posts (already purchased) to the existing window and window casing. Part 2: Installing the manual retractable fly screen. The fly screen installation will require removing the existing blinds, as it needs to sit behind the blinds. The blinds will need to be reinstalled upon completion of fly screen install. Please see the sketch attached for more information also photographs for context.
