Looking for assistance to repair a French plaster mirror frame that was damaged in transit. The damage is relatively minor: • A small piece has chipped off the front of the plaster frame • There is a crack on the back • The glass mirror also needs to be securely fixed into the frame I can provide photos on response.

Hello, Looking to have a fly screen installed, there are two parts to the instillation: Part 1: Install and attach 2 square aluminum posts (already purchased) to the existing window and window casing. Part 2: Installing the manual retractable fly screen. The fly screen installation will require removing the existing blinds, as it needs to sit behind the blinds. The blinds will need to be reinstalled upon completion of fly screen install. Please see the sketch attached for more information also photographs for context.

1 wooden leg has snapped off the stool at the base. It still fits into the hole, but probably isn't a glueable job. I'm keen to hear how this could be fixed - I'm most likely seeking someone in carpentry or furniture making to help me out.

Hello, I need a handyman for a few small jobs: -hang up 2x lights (photos attached) -Hang up 2x basic white blinds, 150x210 and take of the existing shutter blinds off the hinges -make a small hole for a cord to go through in a cupboard or take of the back of the cupboard instead (this is in the microwave cupboard) I could do Monday the 16th in the Morning ( I need to leave at 11:30am) or Tuesday the 17th.

We are looking to have custom fly screens made for three windows in our apartment asap. The design needs to be sympathetic with the existing aesthetic of the window. The window still needs to be able to open when the fly screen is attached. Ideally, the fly screen is detachable and able to be stored away over the winter. These windows are old and unable to be replaced, the maker, needs to work within these limitations. The existing window frames have no housing for mosquito screens, this job will also include designing and determining how to attach them. The frames are made of metal, there are a few locations where drilling to attach is possible. 2 windows are together as pictured 940 x 740mm 1 window is standalone. 1020 X 740 Looking to invest in an affordable, quality long term solution we can use for many years to come.

Earlier this year I arranged for someone to change the hinges on four internal doors (changed from silver to aged bronze hinges, to match the hardware in the rest of the apartment). The new hinges are Ball Bearing Hinges, they are not self-closing hinges. Ever since the new hinges were installed, two (of the four) doors do not stay in place when they are open and gradually swing back/forth. This didn’t happen with the previous hinges. I’m hoping someone can suggest a way this can be fixed? Note: I would prefer someone who has fixed this type of issue before. I CAN NOT remove the door frame, so please do not quote on task if that is the only suggestion. Only available Fridays and Saturdays.
