Find an experienced handyman in Parkdale

I am looking for an experienced handyman/assembler to prepare a site and build a new metal garden shed in my backyard. The Shed: * Type: Skillion Roof Metal Garden Shed (see photo) * Dimensions: 2.25m (W) x 1.51m (D) x 2.14m (H) * Status: Brand new in box with all instructions and components provided. The Site & Prep (Important): The shed needs to be installed in the back corner of my yard (see attached aerial photo). * Current state: The area is a garden bed with a rock border and some small trees/shrubs. * Requirements: I need the Tasker to clear the immediate footprint for the shed, level the ground, and handle the rock border/soil in that specific corner. * Base: The surrounding area is paved. I don’t need a floor as it’s just a garden shed. Tasker Requirements: 1. Must have own tools (drill, riveter, ladder, spirit level). 2. Proven experience assembling flat-pack metal sheds. 3. Ability to clear/level the small garden section. 4. Must secure/anchor the shed properly for wind safety. 5. Please take away the cardboard packaging/rubbish once finished.

We had a spring break on our garage door. Need it replaced. It is 120 stretched and 72 not stretched. Photo included so you can match.

I need help installing a clothesline to an external rendered wall. I previously installed it however the holes where the screws were installed loosen / expanded and I had to pull it down. Please refer to photos. There is also one 90mm screw missing.

The door is too tight to close and is sticking in top right corner. We’ve already tried swapping screws for longer ones but the fix only lasted a couple of days.

My door frames are smaller than these doors so will need to be trimmed to fit. Removal of old doors (we will dispose of) Doors, handles and doggy door supplied . Please supply hinges in chrome. We have a roller blind at my mum’s that is stuck. Would like someone with ladder to check it out and fix. It’s a relatively new blind (about a year old) and has a chain pulley on the side to roll it up or down.

Remove and dispose of cardboard and polystyrene. I have no recycle bin. Program new garage remote. Program oven, install rack and wipe away pencil. Put legs back on the tallboy this may need glueing
