I’m looking for someone to install my Sellwood p30 attic ladder. The ceiling heights are 3m. There is a small manhole there currently so the job would require you to increase this and ensure that the joists are secured properly etc.

I want to get the ceiling of my porch cement sheeted and smooth joint and screws covered ready to paint. I have 3 x 5mm sheets there which will be enough. I have paper but no joint compound. I have screws there but assume need to supply.
