Hi, Both the doors in our apartment have got holes that needs to be fixed. I am not sure whether fixing them is easy or replacing doors is better. Master bedroom door has crack both on the front and back. While the small bedroom door is just having a minor crack on the front side only. I am flexible with timings… please check and let me know. Only offer if you could fix it properly… shouldn’t look like a patch work. Thank you

Front Stair Railings: • Timber appears to be rotting • One of the pailings is loose and needs securing 2. Back Stair Railings: • Railing (the side against the house at the bottom) wobbles. Might need to be secured properly 3. Back Stair Pavers: • Pavers at the bottom of the stairs are uneven and wobble when walked on • Recommend re-laying or securing for safety 4. Front Door Area: • Water is coming through the bottom of the front door – need to install a weather shield • Varnish on the front door is coming off and may require re-finishing 5. Back Door: • Seal has come loose – need a new weather shield or seal installed (may be similar issue to front door) 6. Air Conditioner: • Due for annual service and deep clean ⸻ Please bring your own tools and materials or advise what’s needed so I can provide them. Flexible with time but would prefer completion within the next 1–2 weeks.

Task: Repair Rotten Fascia, Eaves & Guttering Hi there, I need a qualified carpenter or roofer to inspect and repair visible timber and guttering damage at my property (see attached photos). Scope of Work: 1. Remove and replace rotted timber fascia and soffit/eaves linings above the rear balcony sliding doors. 2. Check rafters behind fascia for any internal rot and repair if necessary. 3. Replace or reseal gutter and downpipe connection (currently leaking and causing overflow). 4. Ensure correct fall on guttering and watertight joins. 5. Prime and paint all new timber with exterior-grade paint. 6. Clean up all waste from site. The existing downpipe has signs of moss, the fascia is badly decayed, and the gutter may need partial or full replacement depending on assessment. Photos are included for reference. Fix a small metal cabinet to a brick wall. Spray paint white inside 10 tyres. Take away all cardboard and rubbish removal. Blower vac large carpark. Take away a giant truck tyre. Might be a couple of other small easy things as well. The business is closed tomorrow and we will be there all day. Need the job done Sunday 25th May 2025 from 9 am. Probably about 5 hours work.

We've just upgraded our kitchen sink and need someone to connect the waste pipes properly. The sink is already installed and we’ve got all the parts here – it’s a double P-trap setup. The job is really just: Cutting and connecting the waste pipes to suit the new sink position A bit of adjustment to the existing setup (the old waste was slightly further back) Sealing everything up properly The fall looks fine and everything lines up pretty well – it's a small, tidy job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Shouldn’t take long.
