Already have pet door through double brick wall (~160 x 170 mm), however have bought a larger pet door. Need some bricks cut to make the hole made larger (~200 x 225 mm) and the new pet door and extenders installed.

I have a cabinet door hinge that has broken I have a replacement hinge from Bunnings which looks generally the same size but the screw holes don’t lineup perfectly etc. Need help sorting that out as as well as mounting some hooks on the back of the door. Located in Mosman and keen to do it today.

In my bathroom I have in one corner the cornice is loss from original position, by about one meter in which side. When I have the shower, I used a fan to reduce the humidity, which was direct to this position in which the cornice was moving down. The rest of cornice in the bathroom is without any problem. The cornice must be moved back without any other job. I expect a quote without any visit before. This is all the job required now. The loss of cornice is about 4-5 millimeters the most. First door requires repair to the handle. The timber that holds the screw threads has eroded, and the handle is now pulling out. Second is a sliding door that is getting stuck. Likely just needs some form of lubricant, but it may be that the timber has gotten wet and expanded.

Main task: Must have reciprocating saw and/or grinder to cut steel bolts and metal away from wall. Then assist me with install of new steps. Also just need to collect two of the items shown from Bunnings for me, will fit in small hatchback car with seats down. Plus 3 pine sleepers. After that home free, don't expect to need help for over 3 hours. Can pay up-to $70 PH. but just have at least the tools listed, own hammer drill and circular saw a bonus. Quote me for either 1 hour or 3, happy to do first hour through app and 2hrs cash. Have future jobs from clients might refer you and use you for.
