Need to Realign/reset the door so it closes properly and adjust or strengthen hinges if required. Ensure the latch and frame align correctly so it shuts smoothly Also would like to replace the existing lock with a handle/lockset. With a lock so the door should be able to open without a key from outside, but still lock when needed

Looking for someone that is handy and can follow instructions. You need to be competent at... 1. Installing 2 seats into a VW Multivan. Doesn't require tools and I can share a 'how to' video'. Please note that the seats are very heavy to lift. 2. Moving around 20 storage containers of various sizes from inside the house, down some steps and loaded into the Multivan. 3.
