Find an experienced handyman in Elizabeth Bay

I am looking for a reliable handyman to help patch and repair a small number (4-6) very small holes in the wall of my rental property. These are minor holes from hanging artwork (e.g. nails, small hooks) and will need to be filled, sanded, and touched up so the walls are left clean and presentable. Scope of Work: • Fill small nail/screw holes • Light sanding to smooth surfaces

Need a handyman who has access to hammer drill, drill plugs etc. And screws help move a curtain rod that is in a slightly wrong position and to help affix a heavy pegboard to a wall and a TV to a wall and a picture to a wall. All three will require screws and it is a mixture of both chipboard and some concrete, potentially. Parking is a huge issue in Elizabeth Bay, so early or late would be better just if coming by van or car to be able to secure a park. Must be done before Wednesday the 1st. Feel like this is about 2 hours work. This weekend would be ideal

We need wallpaper put up on one room in our apartment. There is no future or carpet in there at moment as we are renovating. We have the wall paper rolls and are ready to go. Wall dimensions are 4.5m x 2.2m. Please only apply if you have experience doing this job.

Small damege in boat fiberglassing and gel coat repair

The door handle has come apart and needs replacing I am not sure it can be repaired (inside door)

A door has moved and doesnt close properly it needs to be fixed so it will close.

Install Coolaroo balcony blind up - there is a template that comes with it on where to drill and install the roller blind. Requires drilling into concrete wall - quite simple but needs the right hammer drill and tools.

IKEA ENHET shelf installed into the brick wall next to one already there (as you can see, my attempt left some big holes which also will need covering), and an IKEA HULTARP rail into tiles next to the one already there, (if it is safe to do so, as it is close to the power outlet.) The wall is tough to penetrate (1930s building.)

I have a door handle which is loose, and the screw holes are stripped. Need someone to tighten the handle so it’s flush on the door again.

Repair hinge on kitchen door. May need to resolve wood/ chipboard where the hinge has ripped some material off. Job can be done anytime from 10am 21/11 to end of 24/11.
