I have an awning on a small balcony on the sixth (and top) floor. The awning extends over the water. The canvas is badly torn, but the folded arm mechanism is fine. I am looking for someone to take on the job of replacing the canvas - to find a supplier, obtain a quote, once approved, to manage the job.

All three will require screws and it is a mixture of both chipboard and some concrete, potentially.
