Scope of work: • Remove existing heritage handles, barrels and hinges • Install new handles, barrels and hinges (hardware supplied) • Hinges are slightly larger than existing, so recesses will need to be adjusted so hinges sit flush • Ensure doors close and align correctly Notes: • No painting or filling required — I will complete finishing work • Internal doors only (no key locks), but two bathroom locks(privacy locks)

Lounge room curtains and blind to be rehung. They were taken down when windows were replaced. Curtains in bedroom to be rehung.

A total of 5 doors need to be fixed. I’m open to either repairing or completely replacing them, as I’m not sure if they can be salvaged. Also, the 5 door frames need repainting.
