Install a replacement door handle. We have received a replacement of a fault door handle and it needs to be installed, no drilling required, just don’t have the right tools to fit it.

Our main door lock gets trickyand needs maintenance at times it does not lock anymore. See picture and short video on demand. Issue: The upper lock (above the handle) is loose - it needs tightening or oiling. It does not click in place properly in the full vertical direction The handle works find and does not need repair

Trim a solid-core internal door and prep hinges (not hanging yet) I have a solid-core internal door that needs to be trimmed to fit an existing door frame, with hinges mortised/prepped — but NOT hung yet, as we want to paint the door first. • Opening size: approx. 202cm (H) x 80.5cm (W) — door will need trimming down from standard slab size (2040 x 820mm) to fit • Need door planed/cut to size and hinge mortises cut/prepped so it’s ready to hang later • Door will be hung by us once painted • Existing hinges/hardware may be reused or replaced if needed — happy to discuss on the day • Door and any required hardware will be supplied by me, unless you’d prefer to quote including hinges (may need heavier duty hinges than what we currently have) Ideal Tasker: experienced carpenter or handyman with the right tools (planer, chisels, hinge jig) for a clean, precise trim and mortise.

Remove 2 sets of curtains and 2 roller blinds and install 4 new Roman blinds (from Tuiss/Blinds online). Dispose of old curtains if possible! If it was today (Friday 31st) before 3pm that would be amazing, otherwise Monday 3rd August Must have own tools (including masonry drill bit) and ladder and experience installing blinds

Due to a bathroom renovation, our roman blind no longer fits width-wise. I need someone to cut a couple of centimetres off and stitch it back.

Two chandeliers need to be removed, and two ceiling covers need to be placed to cover the whole in the ceiling. Ceiling cover can be supplied, just needs to be put up.

Looking for an experienced handyman to assist with a few small maintenance jobs in my apartment: 1. Laundry cupboard doors The two cupboard doors are no longer closing properly and do not sit flush together when shut. I suspect the hinges may need adjusting, repairing, or replacing. 2. Toilet seat The toilet seat has become loose and needs tightening. 3. Shower tap The shower tap appears to be loose and does not fully stop the water flow unless it is tightened excessively. Looking for someone to inspect and fix the issue if possible. Please bring any basic tools you may need. Ideally looking for someone with experience in general household maintenance and minor repairs. 1. Internal Door Adjustment * One internal door does not lock properly when closed. * Door appears slightly misaligned and needs adjusting so the latch catches correctly. 2. Front External Door Repair * Part of the front door frame/panel is deteriorating due to age and material is falling out. * Area needs to be filled/repaired, gap-filled where necessary, and painted. * Only the repaired section requires painting. 3. Bedroom Windows – Possible Water Ingress * Swelling/damage visible above both bedroom windows. * Needs inspection to identify where water may be getting in and repair as required. 4. Ceiling Gap Filling * Black dust/debris is falling through from the ceiling area. * Gaps/cracks need to be sealed/fillled to prevent further debris coming through.

Install shower screen in new bath room. Tiler has made the grove for where it goes. Shower screen is purchsed and in bathroom.
