We need someone to: - Mount an IKEA NISSEDAL mirror onto an interior concrete wall. - It should be straight and done professionally, not wonky. - They must provide their own drill and the appropriate screws. - We have marked the wall for placement.

Few things I need done: 1. Mount 3 gold hooks (provided) onto back of my doors (don’t have screws for these). 2. Mount my double sided Japanese Dulton clock into my solid wall (may require ladder). I have the screws that came with it to install. 3. Mount small wooden cup holder onto solid wall (needs screws required. Currently has two hanging things on the back that need removing) 4. Drill lockbox into my garage wall. This might not be possible. If not, that’s fine. I have all screws required

Install shower screen in new bath room. Tiler has made the grove for where it goes. Shower screen is purchsed and in bathroom.

I have a bay and bow window nook that I would like to have a double roller blind installed in. (Rolled blinds bought & provided). I made an attempt, however I over-drilled the hole and would require its installation on a separate area. I can either fill the hole with spackle to be installed in the same place or have it installed a couple centimetres off. The latter seems easier. The ceilings are high so you would require a ladder. Budget is mildly negotiable, please go easy on me though I have a minimum wage job :/

Investigate power usage as meter spinning even when everything is off. Double check old outdoor airconditioning units are disconnected, to ensure these aren’t source of power leakage. Replace faulty pendant light (we have replacement) Replace faulty light switch, disconnect dimmer (we have replacement) Remove 3 faulty sensors, and install light switch instead ( two may need new switches?) Disconnect old hardwired smoke alarm We are flexible with date, prefer this week after 12 noon. (This is for 3 terrace houses within 50 metres of each other) Parking provided.

The metal bead chain has come off the roller mechanism. Need to remove the blind from the wall and open the mechanism to return the chain to the rolling track.
