Laundry cupboard doors The two cupboard doors are no longer closing properly and do not sit flush together when shut. I suspect the hinges may need adjusting, repairing, or replacing. 2. Toilet seat The toilet seat has become loose and needs tightening. 3. Shower tap The shower tap appears to be loose and does not fully stop the water flow unless it is tightened excessively. Looking for someone to inspect and fix the issue if possible. Please bring any basic tools you may need. We have existing blinds in our second bedroom and want Somfy electric blinds fitted like we have in our main bedroom. I am looking for an experienced and meticulous handyperson to hang a gallery wall consisting of approximately 15 frames of various sizes in my apartment. The Space: The gallery wall is located on a sloped wall in a loft space (above a staircase). The wall height slopes from approximately 2.7m up to 4.5m. Because of the incline and the height, you must have the appropriate equipment to safely complete the job. What You Need to Bring: 1. Adjustable/Staircase Ladder: You will need a ladder that can safely operate on carpeted set of 10+ stairs to reach the highest points of the wall (up to 4.5m). 2. All Hanging Hardware: I am providing the frames, but you will need to supply the necessary hanging hardware (hooks, wall anchors, screws, or heavy-duty picture hanging strips). The frames range from small (30x40cm) to large (60x90cm), so please bring a variety of weight-appropriate hardware. 3. Tools for Precision: A laser level, measuring tape, drill, hammer, and any other tools required to ensure perfect alignment. What I Will Provide: 1. All the framed artwork ready to be hung. 2. A specific layout plan/blueprint showing exactly where each frame goes. Important Note: Precision is key for this job. The layout requires exact spacing between the frames to look right. Please only make an offer if you have prior experience hanging complex, multi-frame gallery walls and have the specialized ladder required for this space.
