I am an after an experienced tradesman to help with some small jobs around our Darlinghurst office. These include the following: * Adding window latch / lock to window * Neaten up cord / Daikin popping out of wall * Fixing door handle of boardroom door * Add black kickboard to exposed gyprock I would also like a quote for a new set of safe, compliant stairs with a handrail to be built.

I need you to bring a ladder and get 2 lightbulbs replaced and smoke alarm batteries replaced. And remove a lampshade in a bedroom.

Anyone handy enough to stop me putting a dance pole through my ceiling? 😂 ASAP I’ve got a VEVOR tension dance pole ready to go and, while I’m very tempted to just wing it, I’d quite like to keep both the pole and my ceiling intact 😅 Basically need someone who knows their way around ceilings/building stuff to help me work out exactly where it can safely go and be sure the ceiling + floor can handle the pressure and movement. I’ve already got a stud/metal/deep/AC detector, I can assemble it and do all the helping/lifting. I have a heavy timber lid over an outdoor bin enclosure which has a gas strut installed to assist with lifting the lid. The gas strut has come away from one of its mounting points (see photos) and is no longer providing any lift assistance, so the lid is now quite heavy to open manually. Looking for someone experienced to install three small black wooden vinyl display ledges in one straight vertical column above my sofa. These are not full-size timber shelves and do not require separate brackets. Each ledge is approximately 30 cm wide, lightweight, and has two mounting holes built directly into it. The ledges do not include screws or wall anchors, so please supply suitable basic fixings for the wall type and bring your own tools and level. I’d like the three ledges evenly spaced, level and aligned in one vertical column. Photos attached, including a close-up of the actual ledges. Flexible on timing, but sooner would be great. See pics of exact shed below. I purchased the concrete fixings pack that will attach the shed to the concrete pavers where it will sit in our backyard. It just got delivered today even though I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the 17th. So if someone is available today or tomorrow to assemble it before we have bad weather again, that would be ideal!!

Supplying and installing a budget-friendly, moisture-resistant access panel to match the existing panel in the same ceiling (see image). Ensuring a clean, flush, and professional finish.
