Looking for someone experienced to install three small black wooden vinyl display ledges in one straight vertical column above my sofa. These are not full-size timber shelves and do not require separate brackets. Each ledge is approximately 30 cm wide, lightweight, and has two mounting holes built directly into it. The ledges do not include screws or wall anchors, so please supply suitable basic fixings for the wall type and bring your own tools and level. I’d like the three ledges evenly spaced, level and aligned in one vertical column. Photos attached, including a close-up of the actual ledges. Flexible on timing, but sooner would be great. Looking for an experienced handyman, plasterer, or carpenter to cut out and install an access hatch/panel in a bathroom false ceiling. The Job Involves: Checking the ceiling cavity area first (stud finder/probing) to ensure the cut clears any timber joists, wiring, or pipes. Neatly cutting the opening in the plasterboard ceiling. Supplying and installing a budget-friendly, moisture-resistant access panel to match the existing panel in the same ceiling (see image). Ensuring a clean, flush, and professional finish. Please Note: The bathroom has a standard false ceiling (Gyprock). Please quote inclusive of the cost of the access panel/materials, or let me know if you want me to buy the panel beforehand. Must have your own tools and clean up plastic/plaster dust afterwards.

We have existing blinds in our second bedroom and want Somfy electric blinds fitted like we have in our main bedroom. I think we'll need new tubes and the motor fitted with the active roller piece to connect to second blind. Price will be for supplying the Somfy hardwired motor & remote, and retubing blinds. Electrician will connect it up when they are here. There are two blinds and they are 168cm in length each. Not sure if we will need two motors or one, but definitely want them hardwired and latest Somfy. Pics attached.

Plasterer needed to repair a damaged wall section in our office in Darlinghurst. A wall unit has been removed and the plasterboard behind is torn and peeling in several spots, roughly 2m wide x 2.5m high, above and beside a kitchen bench. Scope: 1. Patch damaged and delaminated sections. 2. Square off and finish the exposed edge where the old wall section was removed, next to the doorway. 3. Skim coat and sand the full area smooth, ready for painting. Must be finished and dry before Wednesday 8 July as our painter follows. Photos available on request.
