Door bell installation infront of a house.

I am looking for a person to help with couple of issues with my entry door. 1. My door need to be adjusted that the door is misaligned it's hard to close(very stiff). We tried to adjust the hinges few times but it came back again.(looks like hinge can not support door weight) 2. Need to replace door handle or fix it (we will dicuss later)

Our front door has come off the jamb. Its a metal door jamb and what looked like to be pop rivet screws through the hinge into the door jamb. Not sure whether this can be fixed or i need a new door jamb?

Garage door doesn’t go any lower than this as you can see wheel has come off the track. Need someone to come out asap
