We are looking for someone local who can work with us on an ongoing weekly basis and become our regular go-to person for property maintenance and preventative checks. Regular work will include: - Mould treatment and prevention where required - Cleaning/treating white ceilings and window areas - General property walkthroughs and condition checks - Identifying and reporting maintenance issues before they impact guests - Minor repairs and general maintenance - Ad hoc maintenance tasks as required - Providing photos and updates after attending properties We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistent Available for work each week Experienced with general property maintenance Comfortable working independently Proactive and able to identify issues Good at communicating and providing updates/photos Able to travel between multiple properties There is potential for regular ongoing work across our portfolio for the right person.
