I need help with two tasks: 1. The first task involves repairing the wall and ceiling in the toilet and kitchen, which were damaged by a water leak from the upstairs unit. A solid timber rear door for a Californian bungalow that has become very difficult to close/open. The door appears to jam against the frame and seems to swell at times (possibly due to weather), requiring significant force to shut. Made an electric door lock installed

Assemble Easy Shed garden shed 2.25 X 0.78 on an existing concrete slab.

Installation of doorbell base plate (no wiring required) and small keylock/safe in masonry.

We have an internal door that has a hole in it - we have covered it up with a timber kids name plaque that can’t be removed without further damage to the door. We have had advice that the best solution will be to replace the door and swap over the hardware to the new door. The current paint finish appears to be a 2 pack finish in Dulux Lexicon Half. Door size is standard size: 2340 x 820 x 35 hollow core. We’d like someone who can ideally apply the spray paint finish to the door and install the door with existing hardware retained.

Soft close hinges of the toilet seat is not working. The lid slams down when close. Toilet seat is relatively new, around 2 years.
