Main job is to patch ground level ceiling (photo 1) after plumber needed access to repair upstairs bathroom. You just need to repair and make it look neat, no painting required. Second job is to reapply 3 cornices which have come loose. The first one (photo 2 held up by books) has completely come off but the other two (photo 3 above aircon and 4 in corner) are still hanging on and are just sagging.
