Moving out of a rental and a small area of my floor was damaged by an iron (12x8cm). I need this repaired by having it sanded back and perhaps filled with laminate?

We have a solid plain external door, same size as our current external door, and I’d like it installed with a very low entry dog door, or just the square hole cut in the bottom, so I can install a flap, as our dog is old. The lock and handle holes will need to be drilled. No paint required, as it’s a temporary fix. Hubby isn’t trade oriented 😅

repair the Plasterboard, also repaint the hole so the colour would match up. I have done some holes repair but not paint it. So few more areas need paint. I’m looking for someone to address brick wall- deteriorated mortar in exterior of a unit There is deterioration in the mortar of the brickwork. This needs more filling with cement mortar to sufficiently seal the wall structure cavity.

Screw on blinds to window frames. There are 3 blinds that need installing. I would like them installed wall mounted (not ceiling.) *Note the window frames have now been painted, the pics just show the frames before.
