Reattach Roller Blind Need someone to reattach/refit a roller blind that has come down from its brackets. The blind and chain mechanism are still there, but it has come away from the mounting brackets. Looking for someone to reinstall it securely and make sure it rolls up and down properly. Photos attached. Ideally would like it done ASAP.

Cover the exposed dark beams/ceiling in the first photos with a fibre cement sheeting , similar to the white ceiling in the other photos displayed. Prior experience with this a must.

We have an internal door that has a hole in it - we have covered it up with a timber kids name plaque that can’t be removed without further damage to the door. We have had advice that the best solution will be to replace the door and swap over the hardware to the new door. The current paint finish appears to be a 2 pack finish in Dulux Lexicon Half. Door size is standard size: 2340 x 820 x 35 hollow core. We’d like someone who can ideally apply the spray paint finish to the door and install the door with existing hardware retained.

Soft close hinges of the toilet seat is not working. The lid slams down when close. Toilet seat is relatively new, around 2 years.

Main job is to patch ground level ceiling (photo 1) after plumber needed access to repair upstairs bathroom. You just need to repair and make it look neat, no painting required. Second job is to reapply 3 cornices which have come loose. The first one (photo 2 held up by books) has completely come off but the other two (photo 3 above aircon and 4 in corner) are still hanging on and are just sagging. Please provide me with a quote to do both jobs at the same time.
