Find an experienced handyman in South West Perth

I paid a guy to put some security screens up for me. He's done one but he never came back to do the other one.I don't really know how to do it myself. The second one needs fixing up. The first one needs something fixing to the ground to attach it to. It's really high up but I have a platform you can use if needed as u can see or ladders .
