Need someone to come and stain/ seal sanded floors.

I’m installing timber floorboards and need the existing carpet removed and disposed of (living room, hallway and two bedrooms), as well as the vinyl/laminate flooring in the kitchen. I’d also appreciate an assessment of the subfloor and confirmation as to whether any levelling is required. Approx 65m2 to remove in total (carpet and laminate).

I’ve had new carpet installed and now one of my internal doors no longer fits properly – it’s too tight against the carpet. The door is currently off its hinges and just needs to be shaved down slightly at the bottom and then rehung. Looking for a qualified chippy or someone experienced with this kind of work to: - Trim the bottom of the door to allow clearance over the carpet - Rehang the door securely Should be a quick job for someone with the right tools.
