Hello I need someone skilled to replace all the skirting boards in my apartment due to mould issues. The area had been treated . (Note the photos attached are before the mould was treated) I have attached a floor plan of the property . The skirting boards need to replaced in the lounge room and bedroom , a few skirts also in small wardrobe and under the kitchen. I’m looking for someone who is honest for ongoing other work too. The existing floor is a raw concrete slab, so the job will require checking flatness/levels and preparing the surface as needed before installation.
