I'm looking for an experienced carpenter or timber flooring specialist to repair an existing timber floor in my home in Pascoe Vale South. The job involves: - Replacing several timber floorboards that are rotten or damaged. - Tightening and securing a number of other boards that are loose and creak underfoot. - Matching the replacement boards to the existing floor as closely as practical. We are replacing the flooring in our extension room, and after taking up the carpet it is clear we need to replace a sheet of the plywood subfloor before we can lay down the new flooring. We would like an experienced Carpenter to make this structural repair.

Need help fixing the flooring near the fridge area, to get the flooring done properly so that it’s covering the full fridge area. Remove existing if necessary and relay so the flooring will flow properly and not like It’s patched up. Spare boards available for use.

The damaged area is approximately 40–50 cm in diameter and appears to be surface burn damage from a fire pit or hot object. I need a small back yard decking repaired (almost 1 square meter) Photos attached

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

A timber/composite cover panel that runs along the edge of the pool decking has come off. As a result, the underlying decking edge is exposed and has sharp sections, creating a safety hazard. TASK- Replace the missing cover panel, or * Install a temporary timber panel/solution to fully cover the exposed edge and remove any sharp hazard. Priority is to make the area safe immediately (as have guests staying), with a more permanent fix if needed after. Happy for a practical on-site solution — doesn’t need to be perfect today, just safe and secure.

It is a Double storey house. Squeaky flooring on the first floor in the hallway/ walkway at the entrances to two bedrooms (not across the whole bedrooms). Minor squeak near the end of the stairs. Carpet is already removed for easy access. Tried fixing with screws from top by removing carpet, didn't resolve the issue.
