Scratches in the wooden floor from the couch

The kitchen flooring has been damaged/burnt and I’d like to replace it. The total area is less than 10 square metres.

Jack has pressure leak. Unsure where. Looking for someone able to repair. Its an older heavy duty unknown model. Was working fine till now. Im flexible with time and but. Just buying brand new ones are very expensive. Get in touch if able to help. Located thornlie.

Looking for an experienced deck restoration / timber person to restore the hardwood decking around our pool in Buderim. Deck is approximately 45–50 m² including the main pool surround, raised entertaining area and steps. The existing decking is hardwood, believed to be Merbau/Kwila approximately 90 × 19 mm, although this should be confirmed onsite before replacement timber is purchased. Work required: * Thoroughly clean / deck-wash entire deck * Properly prepare existing timber for recoating * Sand back weathered, rough and damaged areas as required * Sand/prep the overall surface sufficiently to achieve an even finish * Replace approximately up to 5 damaged/rotted decking boards with matching hardwood timber * Check/fix any loose screws around repaired areas * Apply 2 coats of a quality exterior decking stain/oil * Include steps and exposed timber edges/fascia where appropriate * Protect pool, glass fencing, stone coping, walls and surrounding surfaces while working * Clean up and remove all sanding dust/waste on completion There are a few clearly damaged boards that need replacement rather than filling. I’m looking for someone who has proper deck sanding/restoration experience and the appropriate equipment, rather than just pressure washing and applying another coat over the existing finish. I have several scratches/scuff marks on my timber-look flooring that I’d like professionally colour-matched and touched up. I’m looking for someone experienced with timber/laminate flooring scratch repairs and colour matching. I have tried a furniture repair kit but haven’t been happy with the colour match, so I’d prefer someone who can bring the appropriate products. Photos attached. I’d like the scratches blended into the existing flooring as naturally as possible.

Existing sheet vinyl floor has a small section damaged/burnt by a hot pan. I am looking for an experienced vinyl flooring repairer to cut out and patch the damaged area with a matching piece if possible. I’m looking for someone to repair a small section of timber verandah balustrade. The bottom rail and a few vertical timber pieces have broken. I’m just wanting the damaged visible section replaced to match the existing as closely as possible.

Holes on engineered timber flooring, need to repair. Pls help! We are ending our lease and need to patch these up, 2 of them still have the screw inside, they need to be pulled out, filled and colour matched with the floor. There are 9 holes in total.

The strip between the hybrid floorings have come loose. Meaning, the hybrid flooring put on top of the tile flooring and the hybrid flooring put after removing the carpet has a transition strip ans that has come loose. See photos as well please.

I recently had a hot water leak in the laundry that spilled into the adjoining kitchen / hall area. At the time, all visible water was removed and professional dehumidifiers /dryers were used, so I believed everything had dried properly. I was then away overseas and have just returned to find that sections of the floating timber flooring have started to buckle/lift and gaps have appeared between some boards. Approximately 5-6 boards are affected. They also had a heavy piece of furniture pushing pressure onto it which may have contributed to the uneven expansion / shrinkage. The floors were already older / not in perfect condition, so I’m not looking to replace the entire floor. I’m hoping to salvage and repair the existing boards wherever possible. I’m looking for an experienced timber flooring specialist who can assess the affected area, including checking the timber and underneath for residual / trapped moisture. I understand the repair may need to be completed in two stages: initially lifting / removing the affected boards so the area underneath can be properly inspected and, if necessary, allowed to dry completely; then returning once moisture levels are appropriate to relay / reseat and repair the existing flooring. Ideally you will have a moisture meter and experience with water-damaged floating timber floors. The priority is making sure everything underneath is properly dry before the floor is closed back up, while preserving as much of the existing flooring as possible. Tape has pulled up the finish and a thin layer of the wood surface in 3 strips. Please fix this, it doesn’t have to be immaculately perfect, it just needs to blend back in decently.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

I have 2 Floor boards have popped. They need to be taken out and shaved back and then put back into place. See images.
