I need to add 2 power points in an apartment. One is just on a gib wall where there is already a power point right behind it. The other one I need an electrician to route from a power point next to my bed then cable through, the bottom hole of the bookshelf and come out the other side of the bookshelf where my table is. Dismounting old TV and mounting new TV includes live wire

Fujitsu split system. One of the indoor units does not respond to remote control, new batteries installed, the other unit responds well to the same remote control. The faulty unit can still be switched on and off manually by pressing the button on the unit, but not via remote. Sometimes remote start working again just for a few days and then the same problem.
