Round pendant lamp to be installed on lounge room ceiling.

Have three light fixtures that don’t work when I replace the lamp so figure there might be an issue with the fixture or power supply. Two are downlights (previous halogen lamps replaced with LED GU5.3 lamps) and the other is a bedroom ceiling pendant fixture. The nearby lights are working fine. The pendant fixture looks rusted so probably just needs a new fixture. Photos shown. Hopefully a quick job. If it’s not happy to re-negotiate after inspection.

The NBN wall socket is faulty. When I tried to connect the DSL cable, the NBN port inside the socket moved inwards and fell.

My jacuzzi has started tripping the electrical safety for my house - unknown reason
