Replace existing hard-wired downlights with plug-and-socket style LED downlights, including removal of old fittings and installation of compliant recessed sockets for easy future replacement. 21 lights need replacing in total - 4 in each room incl bathroom (4x3) 6 living room and 3 kitchen You will need to access the roof to get this done I believe (in the top floor apartment and can get the key for access). We currently have 5 lights that we purchased from Bunnings, but will need the other 16 to be purchased (see photo of the ones we’ve already purchased - the others don’t necessarily have to be same brand). I’d love to actually have this done on the 14th or 15th of Jan if possible. Any questions please ask! Ideally if we could get in done in between Chrissy and 5th Jan that would be best, otherwise we can also do the first week of Jan.

5 downlights keep blowing and falling out of the wall , may need transformers

I would like to get 3 ceiling fans (remotely operated with lights) installed where oysters lights are currently installed, all gyprock .One power point is lose in gyprock, needs repair/replacement. One light switch needs to be moved by about 40cm to a different position in wall.

The electrical switchboard of my unit is outside the unit in a box in the parking area, I would like the switchboard to be installed in my unit.
