My smoke alarm is beeping and the people from smoke alarm service said it need to be disarmed

I was changing over an ensuite exhaust, like for like. I expected the connect point to be DIY (plug) but it is hard wired. I need connection point updated to DIY (plug) and exhaust placed in cavity. I supply the exhaust. Job is for today.

Moving out of property and need to exchange a light fitting back to the old fitting

Greetings all, I’m looking for a keen off-grid Electrical Engineer in the Newcastle area with marine experience, to get involved in the final stages of commissioning my solar sailboat. All work to take place in northern Lake Macquarie, New South Wales. I’m in Glebe Sydney. What’s needed; -Drawing up of final circuit diagram to be supplied to installer. -cross checking design parameters/tolerances for newly installed motor, batteries and solar panels so as to comply with the Australian standard. The boat; -33 foot Compass Innovator -Power Flow B10 motor (installed but not connected) -48v 630ah Battery bank. 32 cells of EVE MB31. (Installed but not connected) - Two JK 300amp BMS controllers (uninstalled). -1500 watts of solar panels (installed)… With the possibility to increase to 2400w upon consultation. -Growatt SPF 5000TL HVM-P off-grid inverter (uninstalled) This is a passion project and I’m looking for somebody with the same outlook. Swapping out old diesels for new clean electrics in existing boats is an exciting and expanding area, and I’m looking for somebody who is interested in this new field. Hi, I need help with 5 recessed LED downlights in my office (approx. 3 metre ceiling): 3 are working but dim and yellowish. 2 are not working. I think they might be Tri-Colour, but I can’t reach them. Job: Bring a tall ladder to access them. Check if the working ones can be switched to Cool White. Replace any faulty fittings with similar brightness (approx. 800–1000 lumens). Licensed electricians only, please. I’ve attached photos. looking for someone can look after a smoke alarm, have replaced the battery, but keeps on beeping. It is hardwired to the wall and you need a stepladder to get to. Anyone to know would be good.

Faulty smoke alarm Beeping even with new battery

We are looking for a certified and licensed electrician to inspect and repair lighting issues on Level 4 and 5 of our residential apartment building. The job includes: 1 investigating and repairing non-working lights and non working emergency exit sign light 2. Inspecting possible water ingress issues that may be affecting the electrical components.

There is an existing press button wired doorbell. I need to replace this doorbell with a 'Ring Hardwired doorbell'. The wiring of the existing bell may not be useable, but the existing ducting may be useable as the new bell is to be fixed at the same point as the existing doorbell.

Moved into a modern unit and need some additional power sockets installed on the ground floor existing circuit. Appears to be plasterboard and new sockets not far from existing.

I have lights but some of these need to be rewired and attached safely to the pergola. One light has fallen off. Wires are live and already connected to house electricity.
