Hi, I’m having an issue with the power at my home in Glebe — the electricity keeps tripping. I noticed that one of the circuit breakers in the switchboard produces visible sparks when I try to turn it back on, and then after a short while, it trips again. It seems like there might be a fault in the breaker or wiring. I’ve attached an image for reference. I’m looking for a licensed electrician to come and inspect the switchboard, identify the cause, and carry out the necessary repairs to make sure everything is safe and stable. There is an existing press button wired doorbell. I need to replace this doorbell with a 'Ring Hardwired doorbell'. The wiring of the existing bell may not be useable, but the existing ducting may be useable as the new bell is to be fixed at the same point as the existing doorbell.
