I have not had any luck setting up the router myself and I can't work out what is wrong.

Laptop is full and no longer saves documents. I started transferring everything onto an external hard drive but I’m not sure how to make sure I haven’t missed anything before I delete the files. Need someone to help me check it and run through the process with me.

Hello, I'm looking into getting WiFi via byo modem and then connecting to a plan but I am unsure which routers are suitable and how to connect etc. I'm generally tech savvy but this process seems confusing with little info and I don't understand what type of modem I need, lan cable type and how to put it all together. I'm sure it's simple but need help. I previously had nbn with optus if that helps.

I've bought a new house, the last owner has installed a bunch of smart tech which I've not been successful in connecting to apps etc despite some basic instructions left behind by the new owner. Security system (Bosch), Security cameras (HIK Vision), front door bell (also HIK Vision) and a display screen/intercom to the front door bell (also HIK Vision) are all hard wired via ethernet. They route to a hub in the garage. The last owner left them all plugged into the hub and then into a router (TPlink) which he left behind. I've since unplugged the NBN from the TPLink and into my own Eero router, but the TP link remains plugged into the rest of the hub. I've tried using google and Gemini to connect the TPLink Router into my own Eero Router, change the TPLink Router's default IP addresses to prevent conflicts and disabled DHCP on the TPLink Router. But I just can't get those smart devices onto my own Eero network. I primarily need help with the above devices and getting them connected to my network, and then connected to the corresponding apps on my phone. For bonus points, I'm also struggling to connect the Matter-enabled wall switches that control the lights, and also cannot connect to the front gate (BFT brand, already has the wi-fi module installed according to the last owner).

My elderly mother lives in cairns and her current iPhone is having some issues. I’ve sent her a newer phone but I need someone to go over to her house and help her backup her current phone to iCloud and then set up her new phone for her with transferring her old phone to the new one via iCloud.

Hi All, I am looking for some one to set up the NBN Box & Modem for a family member who is unable to complete this themselves. Very simple install, just need to plug in all hardware then hook up the PC via ethernet cable from the router. May also need to validate the wifi is also working.
