I have let my digital hoarding go way too long. I need to consolidate my computer, my photos, videos and hard drives. I have changed network provider and when I add the DVR on my homesafe view app it say username and password unrecognised although they were never changed. It may require a factory reset. Job needs to be done on site. DVR was purchased in 2017.
