Find an experienced computer support specialist in VIC

I have 4 computers in an office, looking for someone to come in and fix a few minor issue. One of the issues is that not all of our files on our google drive are appearing on all devices.

I physically have both iPhones . Need to monitor teenagers; Parenting App or something similar. Find locations, all written and verbal messages, most importantly access to all information on WhatsApp, snap chat, tictok, instagram used on phone ( even without passwords), photos and videos. Without teenager knowing. Not sure if I know Apple ID.

We have about 7 windows computers that I need help setting up for my business. The intention is to have them be able to login with any user via their Microsoft 365 business premium account I.e. login via their email that we will be setting up. Microsoft entra and intune is a bit hard for me to grasp but will need someone to teach me so that I can manage the devices and set up future logins for new staff we onboard as well as push out software.

I want to connect my microphone to my desktop but also be shown how to use apps like voicemod I currently don't know how to enable it on input it doesn't say anything like the microphone is even working

Assist setting up modem (ASUS ZenWIFI XD5) in order to connect to internet. We have spoken to both the ASUS support line and Superloop (our internet provider) but neither have been able to solve the issue. Looking for someone tech savvy.

I have NBN installed on ground floor along with a powered switching network for Cat 6 to 10 rooms and foxtel and phone to 2. I have a purely low key domestic use. I want advice on; 1. Do i need to the switching unit/hardwiring or can I just rely on wifi. I do not use the Foxtel nor phone points. 2. Should I move my NBN to a better wifi friendly location upstairs. Currently it is under the stairs. 3. Is my current Netgear mesh system sufficient or should I upgrade. 4. I am also going to install a wifi alarm system so need this catered for. 5. I would like a physical inspection and verbal report. I expect someone to spend around 45 mins on the premises.

Hey tech geniuses I have a 2012 MacBook Pro that’s been working fine until recently. The battery is dying and it keeps turning off. I just bought a new 2024 MacBook Air and I am obviously trying to transfer some data and photos etc. If anyone is a wizard at data recovery or can possibly remove the hard drive to read it from another device or something 🤷‍♂️.. would be amazing ** I’ve already been to Genius Bar at Apple Store and they couldn’t help, they suggested a data recovery specialist Thanks !

I have just installed new internet modem. For some reason I can't get my regular Canon MG3660 printer to run now. I've gone through the wireless set up steps ten times but the laptop can't find the Canon printer when I search for it (windows laptop). I did delete the printer from my laptop as it showed three different connections for it. I thought to delete them and add a fresh connection. Bad move. Now I can't add the printer back to my laptop. My brain isn't wired for technology, this is stressful! 😂
