Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Microsoft surface screen replacement

I have an old laptop I got in 2009 with windows 7, and in 2014 a friend of mine updated the operating system to 8.1 . I haven’t opened it in about 10 years but I can see there are a lot of files missing from it - is there a way it can try to be recovered if I have not used it much, if at all since its upgrade? Is there a way to access old files that were once on a hard drive?

I have a MSI GS65 8SE laptop for which I purchased a new SSD. I need help to get it installed as I don't have the right tools to do so.
