I have had issues for some months with getting messages on my phone and IPad saying that a Browser is no longer supported, telling me to update it, but then not letting me do it. I also am told that Cloud storage is full, but it's not clear how to fix that. Would it be possible to make an appointment for someone to come to me

I have my photos which I took using a digital camera between 2000 and 2010 on 5 USB keys and a digital hard drive. I’d like for someone to come by my place (any time that suits you) with a Mac and upload them to my iTunes account with me, so that they are in the cloud and I can see them in apple “photos”. Once job is done I want to be able to view them easily along with all my more recent photos from my iPhone in Apple Photos. No hurry on timing. IT help required. I have a mac computer and transferred all of my files from iCloud Drive into OneDrive. I now am having difficulty opening the files. They either won’t open (the wheel of doom), or I am presented with the finder error code -36. It’s something to do with the file name (some have symbols etc). This also prevents files from syncing with onedrive. Sometimes I can get the files to open (although it takes forever), but other times I’m presented with the error message. I’m also not able to copy the files back out of OneDrive to access them. Also can’t delete or rename them. - Due date: Flexible
