I have a vintage record player from the 60s that has been professionally reconditioned about few years ago. It worked perfectly right up until six months ago when it started jumping and getting stuck when I was playing records. It might just need to have the needle changed.

Need help troubleshoot my custom built PC. It keeps shutting off only when I’m gaming. I checked the temps and they’re average so I suspect it’s a PSU problem. But I’m not too sure because I don’t know anything about PCs.

I have three old laptops that no longer work (they turn on but the screen doesn't work), I'm hoping to get all files extracted from these laptops

I've bought my mother (aged 82) a new macbook air laptop and it needs to be set up. Mum has an old macbook and my dad's old macbook (about 3 year old) that has files and photos that mum needs put on the new macbook air. She will need a new appleID account, email, and help with securing excel and word licences.

Hi we have a Swann security camera with digital video recorder. One of the cameras is flashing. It shows the image intermittently. I’ve called Swann and they have trouble shot. As I was trying to configure my BIOS settings after downloading a new game, my current SSD has now disappeared and has reverted back to the old SSD and my current SSD is nowhere to be found. My current SSD is visible in the NvME section but I can’t find/select it in the bootable options. Using Aorus Elite Z750 CPU.

We have an existing 5G Wifi Network set up at home via TPG/NBN. No issues with the service itself. Undertaking a speed test next to the modem, the 466mbps is being achieved however my office is located at the front of the house and the modem is near the back of the house. I have a 5G extender and 3 x TP-Link Deco Mesh Wifi system units set up to try and replicate that coverage in my office but as you can see from the photo attached, I am only achieving 100mbps, even with the help of the mesh system. It would be great to have someone familiar with setting up Mesh Wifi systems to come to our home and help set the system up the best way possible, to maximise download speeds in my home office.
