We’re looking for someone to help live stream our Company Day via Microsoft Teams so our overseas colleagues can join and watch the presentations remotely. The event will be held at William Inglis Hotel, Warwick Farm on Friday 23 October 2026. The setup is fairly straightforward – we need someone who can: Set up a camera on a tripod and stream the event into a Microsoft Teams meeting Keep whoever is presenting in frame throughout the presentations Provide/set up lapel microphones (or similar) connected through to Teams so our remote attendees have clear audio Monitor the Teams stream, camera and audio throughout the designated streaming times Troubleshoot any connection, sound or video issues if they come up Multiple camera angles are preferred but not essential Bring the required camera, tripod, microphones and streaming equipment (we will supply a laptop with HDMI and Microsoft teams) This isn't a full event filming or video production job – the priority is simply making sure our overseas colleagues can see and hear the presentations clearly and reliably through Teams. Our Company Day runs from 12:00pm to 6pm, however our overseas groups will only join during 12pm - 4pm, rather than requiring the entire event to be streamed. NBN / Wi-Fi / Mesh Network / Smart Home Setup Help Needed I’m looking for someone experienced with NBN and home Wi-Fi/network setup to help me get my internet and devices working correctly. I recently changed internet providers to Optus and received a new modem. Since changing over, I’ve been having problems connecting some of my devices to the Wi-Fi, particularly my robotic vacuum and TV. Both were working perfectly with my previous internet connection. I also have a mesh Wi-Fi system set up throughout the house, and I need this configured correctly so that it works properly with the new Optus modem and all of my devices. I have already spoken with Optus and they have enabled both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands, but I’m still unable to connect certain devices. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I’m looking for someone who can come to my home and: ● Check that my NBN and Optus modem/router are connected and configured correctly ● Check and correctly configure my mesh Wi-Fi system ● Make sure the mesh system and Optus modem are working together properly ● Check that the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks are working correctly ● Troubleshoot why my robotic vacuum and TV won’t connect ● Connect my devices to the correct network and make sure they are working properly ● Make sure my Wi-Fi coverage is working properly throughout the house ● Explain anything I need to know in simple, easy-to-understand terms Ideally, I’d like someone who has experience with Optus NBN, Wi-Fi networks, mesh Wi-Fi systems, smart TVs and smart-home devices, particularly devices that require 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. I’m struggling with setting up a NDI Bridge to stream my friends gameplay and audio into my OBS. I’ve check the firewall settings and not sure why it’s not connecting the NDI bridge when we have all the same info. My goal is to stream my gameplay, video and audio and be able to swap to her gameplay and audio without hearing my gameplay audio or seeing my gameplay (except my voice). I’ve tried her sharing her screen from discord, then swapping to that in OBS but it’s so delayed when streaming it’s not possible. Appreciate the help!

Putin up and connecting camera & tv to new wifi n starting up YouTube

I’m on a plan that allows me to output 500Mbs download speed. My router is dual band and supports 5ghz but my ps5 won’t connect. All my other devices connect, iPads, iPhone and PC all which comfortably produce that speed. I’ve tried everything but my ps5 will not connect saying the signal is too weak when it’s impossible that it is weak when I can easily connect my phone to it and the network is visible to the PlayStation. I’ve already tried removing smart connect and making it so I have a 2.4ghz and 5 ghz wifi and I tried forcing the connection to 5ghz (on the ps5) as I’ve seen suggested on the internet. I’m not going to run a Ethernet from the modem in one room to the ps5 in the living room (5 steps from eachother) as I don’t believe distance is the issue. I’ve looked at this problem for too long and my ps5 has a download speed of 30Mbs on the wifi that is currently running on smart connect. It’s lagging too much. I just need someone knowledgeable on this who is confident they are able to fix the issue.
