Hopefully Windows won’t need to be reinstalled, as it’s already on my old SSD, but if it turns out to be absolutely necessary, I’m happy for that to be done. The parents have moved from TPG to superloop for nbn internet. Our current modem needs some settings changed for it to reconnect to the internet. If the modem is incompatible, we have a new one ready to be used. Once connected, the modem needs to be connected to the home mesh network and other smart devices! Thank you

I purchased a PC from Aftershock approximately four months ago. While the specifications are excellent and should be more than capable of handling modern games, I have been experiencing several performance issues. At times, my PC crashes unexpectedly, and the fans suddenly begin spinning at very high speeds. In addition, some games, particularly Valorant, do not run as smoothly as expected. The game frequently freezes, stutters, and pauses, which affects the overall gaming experience. Epson EcoTank ET4550 "End of Service Life" - Waste Ink Counter WIC Pad Cleaning & Fix

Looking for an experienced computer technician to come in person and fix a Lenovo ThinkPad X9-14 Gen 1 laptop (Windows 11) that has become extremely slow. The CPU is locked at 0.40 GHz against a 2.20 GHz base speed, so the whole machine crawls. Apps take several minutes to open or freeze entirely, which is why this needs to be done face to face. Remote support will not work here because the laptop is too slow to reliably run remote-access software or load tools in a usable time. What I’ve already tried: • Confirmed it’s charging (lightning bolt showing) • Multiple restarts and full power-downs • Checked Windows power plan and power mode • Opened Lenovo Commercial Vantage, which shows a red error: “The Lenovo Power and Battery driver is not installed or is not working properly,” and Battery health shows “Not supported” Likely a missing or broken Lenovo Power Management driver needing a reinstall, and/or a BIOS/firmware update. If it turns out to be a hardware/sensor fault, I’d want advice on warranty next steps (the laptop is under warranty). Need someone who knows Lenovo ThinkPads and Windows driver/firmware troubleshooting, and who can bring a USB drive with the relevant drivers in case the laptop is too slow to download them itself.

NBN fibre connection (inside my property) is broken by plumber. I can get landscaper dig the hole where it is broken. You need to connect the fibre and replace the broken conduit. Also need internal connection from external PCD to NTD. Electrician has done lead in string to the location of where NTD will be installed. You will also install NTD and battery unit in the location. Location has PowerPoint. Thanks
