The same material is required for the stair treads, risers, and top landing of 15 stairs. 2. Removal & Preparation: • Remove and dispose of the existing carpet, gripper rods, and underlay from the stairs and hallway. • Remove the existing nosing on the stair treads. • If required, fabricate new nosing to match the solid timber flooring downstairs. 3. Installation: • Install engineered timber flooring on the existing stair treads, risers, and top landing. • Confirm whether the bottom stair remains in its original rounded shape or is to be squared off. If squared, modifications will be required, including adjusting the first starter tread and riser. 4. Finishing & Warranty: • Remove all trade waste upon completion. • Provide the manufacturer’s warranty for the engineered Sydney Blue Gum flooring. • Provide a warranty for both the installation and the coating. 2x1000mm oak floating shelves to be hung on gyprock/steel stud apartment. Will supply the 2x450mm brackets for each shelf, however there will also need to be holes drilled in to the shelf as there was some miscommunication with the supplier when ordering.
