I have an XTM 270 awning I'd like installed within the next week to 10 days. I would really appreciate someone with experience to ensure it's fastened as safely and securely. It's a heavy beast so I'm happy to help with the lifting - but not particularly handy with a spanner so can't really help with the install.

Hi there, I am looking for a builder or handyman to construct and fix a 4m x 1.5m awning to my balcony. I am able to pay cash. The awning is going to be over a balcony, however it is on the second storey of the property. I have attached images of the location and general area. I would like a translucent polycarbonate sheet, intention is to keep the weather off the back door.
