The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.

Metal awning needs bolts installed to fix it to the building, one sheet will need all bolts installed, and other sheets just need checking/tightening. Task Install outdoor awning (i will supply). This will require 2 people to hold it together. The awning does not have fasteners to hold the plastic in just a few seals etc. so you have to tie ropes or something to keep it together while you hold it up and drill the holes. Need you to put in 4 Dynabolts sleeve anchors to securely fasten fixtures to brick wall.
