Washing machine isn’t spinning , keeps clogging up with water, even after being drained it still isn’t running & also comes up with an unbalanced error.

Fridge not cooling properly.

I have a Haier dishwasher that is working however it is not cleaning the dishes. Prior there was error code F30. Followed instructions to remove error now it seems it lack water pressure to clean. I also have a Samsung washing machine that is working however I have noticed water at the base of the machine when a cycle is complete. Recently I have changed the setting as I noticed it was making a lot more noise than usual in the full spin cycle. Almost like a thudding sound and some slight movement of the machine.

Hi there! Requiring 2 circle holes to be cut in the side of the laundry cabinetry to fit the hot & cold water piping through for the washing machine. Also requiring shelving under the sink in the kitchen to be cut to size to fit a tankless water filter (Aquala P500) on the right hand side. Filter is already operating, simply need the shelving cut to store it under the sink. Located in Deanside 3336 and can do most days from 1pm onwards. Flexible with weekdays/weekends. My large dog is very curious and tend to like to chew on the cables and damage the units. Ideally looking to use metal mesh to build sort of a cage for the units but happy to explore any other options. I have attached two examples but happy to explore options.
